• Framework IP: The Zone Shift™ Framework, including all associated terminology (Directional Arrows™, Earned Rings™, Identity Ring™, Galaxy Expansion™, etc.), is proprietary and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and its free downloadable content (such as the Field Guide) solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our express written permission.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site and the services, including the Zone Shift™ Framework content and guidance, are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the guidance or information provided will meet your specific requirements or lead to guaranteed results.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zone Shift Enterprises, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site;

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site;

• Any content obtained from the Site; and

• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
